Yes. This programme is non-exclusive and supports private participation. You must comply with your employment or contract terms and avoid conflicts of interest or use of confidential information.
Can I refer my own employer?
We generally restrict self-referrals to avoid conflicts of interest. If you want to introduce Welford to your employer, we can handle it as a non-commissionable internal introduction.
How do you decide if a lead is accepted?
We accept leads that are net-new, ICP-aligned, and include enough context (buyer contact, trigger or pain, and ideally a warm intro). Incomplete leads may be returned as Need more info.
How does attribution work if two people submit the same company?
Typically, the first accepted submission receives attribution for an ownership window. Edge cases are resolved fairly, with the goal of protecting genuine introductions while preventing disputes.
When do I get paid?
Payout is triggered after a deal is closed and revenue is received. This keeps the programme clean and sustainable. Exact payout cadence is confirmed during onboarding.
What am I allowed to say about Welford IAG?
Use Welford-approved messaging and collateral. Do not quote pricing, promise timelines, or claim capabilities that are not approved. We will provide a short approved claims guide.
Do I need to sell end-to-end?
No. Sellers can simply make warm introductions. Associate Partners can co-sell more actively. Welford will run the commercial process and contracting.

Only share contact details where you have lawful basis or consent to do so, and only what is necessary (UK GDPR-friendly). Avoid sensitive personal data.
